Affirmation: Some days completely suck! But thankfully I paid attention in science so I’ve learned that a day only lasts ONE FREAKING DAY! Action Plan: Your mission today is to sing. That’s right, you heard me, I said SING! I don’t care if you can’t hold a freakin’ note, just do it and the louder the better! And for the love of all that’s holy, you have to sing OUT LOUD! I mean, this is science, people!

Singing releases endorphins which make you happy, and it forces you to breathe deeper which reduces stress. PLUS it’s considered an aerobic activity, so, BAM!, today’s cardio: DONE! You’re welcome. PLUS, it will probably make you feel silly and laugh, and there is not a damn thing wrong with that! It may make your co-workers laugh as well; hell, maybe they’ll join you!
