Sometimes life is not a laugh riot, and it’s often far from it. We can go too long without laughter because we are so busy or depressed or just tired. We forget how healing laughter is and how great it feels to laugh!


So today, find something to make you laugh. Like, right this minute … I’m not messin’ around – do it right now! Ok, if you’re driving, wait until you get where you need to go; oh and definitely don’t start laughing if you’re having sex, ‘cuz that will not be well received … of course, you wouldn’t be reading this right now if you were having sex, and if you are, well, then you’ve got some other shit to work out…. but anyway, you get the idea. Laughter is serious medicine and you need it right this minute!

2. Call a friend who makes you laugh

3. Go see a comedian

4. Watch a funny movie.

5. Just say the word “weiner”
