Affirmation:

I am so grateful for all of the amazing things in my life – even if I don’t seem to have time for all of them!


Action Plan:


Sometimes when our lives are so full, we can forget what a blessing that is! In fact, I think it’s so funny the way we react to time in general. When we’re too busy, we feel guilty for not doing enough of … whatever the hell we think we “should” be doing. If we’re not busy enough, we think we’re wasting our lives and should have more to do. We are so hard on ourselves, we can’t win! smh


So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed with everything you have on your list today, I’m going to tell you to do something that’s going to make you want to smack me in the head: I want you to add one more thing to your list!


I know, I’m sorry, but this is important – now more than ever! I want you to find 3 minutes in your day today. I can hear you complaining, but I know you can take 3 minutes! You’ll find a way; I have faith in you….


Take those 3 minutes and do one of 2 things (whichever makes you feel more peaceful):


Sit down with a list of all that you need to do. Give them each a priority. Then do whatever you can do today in order of priority and then ... let the rest go!


Do a sound meditation for 3 minutes (set a timer, please). Close your eyes and pay attention to whatever sounds you hear – your breathing, a lawnmower outside, your computer buzzing. If your list creeps back into your head, go back to listening for sounds.


Then, get back to and be grateful for your exciting, life-filled day!
